Rezime: Instruktor je najvažniji subjekt u procesu osposobljavanja kandidata za vozače. Da bi instruktor uspešno i kvalitetno realizovao zadatak koji se postavlja pred njega, neophodno je da bude kompetentan za taj posao a to znači: da ima potreban kapacitet i integritet, odnosno da ima znanje, da ima čvrste pozitivne stavove, da ima odgovarajuću strukturu ličnosti i veštinu prenošenja znanja, stavova i veština na kandidata. Da bi se ovo dostiglo, neophodno je da se stalno unapređuje stručno obrazovanje i osposobljavanje instruktora vožnje, ali i da se vrši neprekidno stručno usavršavanje instruktora. U tom cilju za potrebe Agencije za bezbednost saobraćaja, tokom 2016. godine je sprovedena anketa na osnovu koje su istraživani stavovi kandidata za vozače o kompetencijama instruktora vožnje Republici Srbiji. U ovom radu biće prikazani rezultati istraživanja dobijeni analizom ankete, koja je sprovedena u okviru projekta realizovanog za potrebe Agencije za bezbednost saobraćaja. Istraživanje stavova kandidata za vozače je sprovedeno u svih 25 upravnih okruga u Srbiji, što je omogućilo uporedni prikaz stavova prema upravnim okruzima. Na kraju rada date su smernice za unapređenje kvaliteta rada instruktora vožnje tokom osposobljavanja kandidata, posmatrano sa aspekta stavova i zahteva kandidata za vozače.

Abstract: Driving instructors are the most important subjects in the training process of driver candidates. To do a task set before him in a quality way with success, a driving instructor is required to be competent for the job. This means that he should have the needed capacities and integrity, that is knowledge, firm positive attitudes, an adequate personality structure, as well as the skill to transmit knowledge, attitudes and skills on his candidates. To achieve this, it is required that professional education and training of driving instructors is improved, but also that driving instructors develop themselves professionally on regular basis. For that purpose and the needs of the Agency for Traffic Safety, a survey was conducted during 2016 on the basis of which the attitudes of driver candidates towards driving instructor competences in the Republic of Serbia were investigated. This paper will disclose the results that were obtained by survey analysis which was conducted within the project implemented for the needs of the Agency for Traffic Safety. The survey about the attitudes of driver candidates was conducted in all 25 administrative districts in Serbia, which allowed for the comparative analysis of the attitudes by administrative districts. In the end of the paper, some guidelines for the improvement of work of driving instructors during the training of candidates are given, based on the attitudes and requests of driving candidates.
